Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) B.Tech Admission 2019

IIT Madras offers a 4-year B.Tech in 10 specializations. The minimum eligibility of B.Tech is Students must have completed 12th (10+2) from the recognized board.

B.Tech seats will be allotted on the basis of JEE Main and JEE Advanced score followed by counseling i.e. JoSAA.

Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) M.Tech, M.Sc & M.A Admission 2019

IITM, Madras offers M.Tech, M.Sc and M.A program in various specializations on the basis of good GATE, JAM and HSEE score followed by the National Level counseling.

It also offers a 5-year integrated M.A program in the disciplines of Development Studies and English language. Applications for all the Postgraduate courses have to be submitted online from the official website of IITM. The application fee is INR 400 for all the courses.

Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) M.S (By Research) and Ph.D. Admission 2019

Applications are invited for Ph.D. and M.S (by Research) programs under regular and part-time/ external schemes of IIT Madras.

For Ph.D. programs, a valid Score in UGC NET, CSIR NET or JRF is required while for MS (By Research) program a good score in GATE is mandatory. Students with B.E/ B.Tech degree can apply to pursue directly for Ph.D. (M.S+Ph.D.) in Engineering or Sciences after their Bachelor’s degree. Meritorious M.S scholars with CGPA>8.0 are eligible to upgrade to the Ph.D. program in the same department and will receive dual degree i.e. (M.S+Ph.D.) on completion of the program.

For Research courses in the field of Management, the Students must have an MBA degree with a valid JRF or NET score. The application fee is INR 1000 for all the research programs offered by the institute.

Online Exam Form of Indian Institute of Technology Madras

The Students who apply for IIT Madras M.Tech Admission 2019 will also be required to fill and submit the application form of GATE COAP 2019. Through the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP), the Students will be able to access a common platform for admissions into the participating IITs. The allotted admission offers will be available through COAP from which the Students will be able to select their preferred option.

If you are planning to apply with more than one of the above, register separately using the same email and mobile number but with different credentials among (a) valid GATE 2016 Score, (b) valid GATE 2018 Score (c) valid GATE 2019 Score and (d) IIT B.Tech.
